The 1/6th scale Poly Stone statue includes eight accessories that can all be assembled into the statue's exposed chest or dome panels. Look for this limited edition, hand-painted statue to ship next Spring.

On October 23rd, we sent our nineteenth batch of questions to Hasbro to once again take part in their Star Wars Question and Answer sessions. Today, we've got the answers to those three questions!

1. Now that you've had some time to digest the fan response to that Funeral Pyre Darth Vader set at and after SDCC, what do you think - yea or nay? Any closer to finding it a home in the 2010/2011 line-up? Or is it pretty much dead thanks to the slowdown in Legacy product demand?

** The response seemed to be good, and we're on the hunt for a suitable retail partner for this. The slowdown in Legacy has not helped a lot of collector-targeted exclusives (as this would be) so we have to find the right partner who can work with smaller quantities.

2. It's probably a foregone concluson, but we'll ask just to try to get you on the record. How long will we have to wait to see that nifty new TIE Fighter sculpt in a blue/gray color? The white Target TIE is cool, but folks are salivating at the thought of a movie accurate color.

** There is nothing lined up, and it will be a few years before we get to another version of the TIE Fighter. Meanwhile, we hope fans enjoy this one - it is truly amazing and looks great with the red Shadows of the Empire lenses.

3. Do you have any updates on the timing of the Fall 2009 Comic Packs that were shown at SDCC? Most e-tailers haven't even started taking pre-orders for them yet, which indicates they are probably farther away than we'd like. That fact, combined with some of the recent "Legacy Slowdown" answers in the Q&A is leading to many theories that the Comic Packs line may be ending sooner than anyone wanted.

** They are farther away than we'd like. We have really been struggling with the Comic Packs, but there is some good news - the remaining Fall packs should be out around March time frame. We're still hopeful that we can get to the Spring 2010 ones shown at Comic Con eventually as well, but right now we're focused on the Fall ones.

As a Star Wars collector with a 3.75" action figure focus, I don't often stray into many other toy lines. But recently, I had the chance to crack open the new Clone Wars Remote Control Republic Gunship courtesy of Hasbro. Designed to fly indoors, this RC helicopter style Gunship seems like the perfect way to while away the doldrums of the coming winter.

The ship itself is made with a soft foam and the rotor blades are encased in a roll cage to keep from damaging walls (or anything else you may crash into). The controls are a bit tricky to master at first, but after a few tries everyone in the house had nearly mastered sending the ship on a strafing run of the poor helpless Galactic Heroes we set up.

So, if you're looking for something a bit different from the usual 3.75" figure fare, give one of these RC ships (Republic Gunship or Jedi Starfighter) a try! If you're looking for an easy way to pick one up, consider a pre-order at Entertainment Earth!

The latest wave of Clone Wars Deluxe Figure/Vehicle sets have started to hit Toys R Us and Walmart stores around the US. This wave (Wave 4) includes two new sets - Freeco Speeder with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Speeder Bike with Count Dooku. While the figures may look recycled, they are actually "refreshed" and now feature soft goods and articulated legs.
