Looks like the speculation was correct! Sideshow Collectibles has formally announced the 12" Clone Trooper Commander figure as one of their 2011 San Diego Comic-Con exclusives. Priority Pre-Ordering will begin at 10AM Pacific on June 2nd for SDCC attendees and 10AM Pacific on June 3rd for non-attendees.
