Star Wars Deluxe Vehicles Notes:
- The suggested retail price for this new line is $59.99, but a DPCI at Target (087-06-0324) indicates they may debut there for $65 instead.
- During the Q&A portion of today's event, someone asked about the price point: why charge $60 if these vehicles were less in the past? Hasbro's response was that it's a simple combination of the economy and the rising prices in the marketplace. It's just not feasable to get these out at a $40 or less price anymore. The good news is the $60 price point opens the door for more... which we'll probably see at SDCC!
